Beneath The Peloponnese
Discover Diros Cave, one of Europe's most extraordinary underground landscapes. Hidden beneath the Mani Peninsula, this ancient flooded cave system...
By the end of the workshop you will understand how equalization really works and how to apply it efficiently during a dive. You will develop a reliable Frenzel technique, improve coordination and timing, and gain practical tools to equalize comfortably and consistently as depth increases. Most importantly, you will leave with greater confidence in your equalization and a clear path toward deeper, safer dives.
• Freedivers who struggle with equalization during descent
• Divers who want to learn or improve the Frenzel technique
• Intermediate divers working toward deeper dives
• Freedivers preparing to learn or refine the mouthfill technique
• Athletes who want more efficient and relaxed equalization at depth
Equalization is one of the most common challenges in freediving, affecting both beginners and experienced divers. These workshops are designed to help you understand how equalization works, refine your technique, and develop a personalized set of exercises that support safe and comfortable depth progression.
For beginners, the focus is on building strong foundations. You will be guided step by step from the Valsalva maneuver toward a reliable Frenzel technique while improving awareness, control, and coordination.
For more advanced freedivers, the workshop explores deeper equalization skills such as mouthfill, charges, recharges, and H-locks. You will identify the techniques that suit you best, refine your timing and control, and build the confidence required for deeper, more efficient dives.

We train in calm conditions, in small groups, with full attention on each student.
Progress happens at your pace.
Confidence grows naturally.
You are not compared to anyone.
You are guided toward your own capacity.
This workshop is not just about learning a technique.
It is about understanding how your body equalizes and developing the control needed to manage pressure calmly and efficiently as you descend.
Many divers reach a point where equalization becomes the main barrier to deeper diving. This workshop helps you break that barrier by identifying what works for your body, correcting inefficient habits, and building a reliable system you can continue developing in your own training.
Better equalization does not come from force.
It comes from awareness, timing, and control.
