Progress in the water begins with respect
Dive Ethics
Environmental awareness is an integral part of every course taught at Alchemy Freediving Center. Beyond developing technique and depth capability, we believe freedivers must understand the environments they enter and the impact their presence can have. Each program includes a dedicated sustainability module designed to build practical awareness around ocean responsibility, respectful interaction with marine life, and informed decision making in real diving situations. The goal is not only knowledge, but the development of habits and attitudes that support long term ocean health.
Responsibility does not stop at equipment
Our Principle
This commitment reflects the broader philosophy of Alchemy, the center’s parent company, which has long integrated environmental responsibility into both product development and community engagement. Through collaborations with organizations such as Oceania, the Maomana Foundation, and Tree Nation, Alchemy supports conservation initiatives, educational programs, and environmental restoration efforts worldwide. The sustainability module at the center is a natural extension of this work, ensuring that every diver trained here becomes not only more capable underwater, but also more conscious of their role in protecting the ecosystems that make freediving possible.
