Every season has its rhythm.
For us, summer is the busiest time of the year in the water, but it is also when our back office team in Athens takes a well-earned break to recharge before the months ahead.
Because of that, over the next four weeks (24.7-23.8), our weekly newsletter will look a little different.
Instead of publishing brand new articles, we'll be revisiting some of our favorite content from the past few months. Since March, we've shared dozens of articles covering freediving training, safety, equipment, psychology, environmental topics, and life around Alchemy Freediving Center. Some of those pieces reached hundreds of readers, while others may have slipped past your inbox during a busy week.
This is a great opportunity to bring them back.
Freediving isn't a sport where good information has an expiration date. Whether it's a discussion about technique, training principles, mindset, or ocean awareness, the fundamentals remain just as valuable today as they were when they were first published. In many cases, they're worth reading more than once.
If you've been with us for a while, you may recognize some of the articles. If you're new to our community, they'll be completely new to you.
Meanwhile, our instructors and coaches remain exactly where they belong: in the water. Courses, coaching sessions, athlete training, and everything happening at Alchemy Freediving Center continue as normal throughout the summer.
We'll be back with brand new articles and fresh newsletter content in four weeks, once the full team returns.
Until then, we hope you enjoy revisiting some of the ideas, stories, and lessons we've shared throughout the year. Sometimes the best time to read a great article isn't the day it's published. It's the day you finally have the time to appreciate it.
Thank you, as always, for being part of our community, and enjoy the summer.
See you in the water.
