At Alchemy Freediving Center, we are a compact team of highly experienced instructors dedicated to structured progression, technical excellence, and uncompromising safety. Our role is not simply to guide dives, but to build capable, confident divers through disciplined coaching and clear methodology. Every training session is designed with purpose, ensuring that performance develops within a controlled and professional environment.

Nicholas Kouvaras grew up on the Greek coastline and entered competitive freediving in 1997, soon becoming a member of the Greek National Team and later its captain. Over a career spanning more than twenty five years, he has worked internationally as a full time instructor and Instructor Trainer, leading training operations across Europe and Asia. His contribution to the sport also includes publishing, writing, underwater photography, and education. He now leads the team in Kalamata, delivering performance oriented coaching grounded in experience, precision, and disciplined methodology.

Each instructor brings a disciplined mindset and a commitment to maintaining high standards in safety, coaching methodology, and underwater performance.
