When we first shared that we were looking for an intern, we had a clear idea of what we were building. What we did not expect was the level of response.
Over the past weeks, we received applications from all over the world. Different backgrounds, different levels of experience, but one thing in common. People who wanted to be part of something more than just a seasonal role.
We took the time to go through every application carefully.
This was not a decision we wanted to rush.
We were not simply looking to fill positions. We were looking for people who understand the environment we are building and who can operate within it with the level of professionalism and intent it requires.
We have now finalized our selection.
Four individuals will be joining us for the summer. Two men and two women, each bringing a different perspective, but all aligned with the same mindset.
To everyone who applied, thank you.
The level of interest, the thought put into the applications, and the overall quality made this process both challenging and rewarding.
Even if you were not selected this time, it does not go unnoticed.
This is just the beginning for the center, and there will be more opportunities ahead.
